MND - Influencer Entry

Motor Neurone Disease is an incurable condition that gradually causes muscles in the body to waste away – leading to the loss of every physical capability.

To dramatise the impact Motor Neurone Disease has on people, David (who is living with MND) used New Zealand’s leading online marketplace to tell his story and raise awareness of his condition.

The online auctions were supported by infomercials, OOH, PR, social and digital media.

David (who is living with MND) sold his items in a digital timeline of his deterioration. All items were sold, turning every bid into an opportunity to educate and raise funds at the same time.
